“Our ambition is to make the Vix a place where you can feel relaxed and at ease offering a quality product with value for money.” Head Chef Jose
The Vix offers great value for money, good portions and flavoursome food, with a wide selection of menus to sort any taste or budget. All of our dishes are made from scratch using fresh ingredients. Providence is very important to us; Chef Jose prides himself in his house-made sauces, marinades and salsas, and our local fish such as snapper and grouper are caught fresh daily and all of our beef is certified Prime Angus.
Located in The Regent Village, known locally as “the Heart of Provo”, this restaurant is easily accessible to all the major resorts and hotels and adjacent to The Regent Grand Hotel.
We have Happy Hour events on both Friday and Saturday evenings where everyone is welcome to try “2 for 1″ on selected beer, wine and soft drinks, with a great bar-menu if you feel like a snack.
Whatever your mood, the menu at the Vix – our Turks and Caicos restaurant is sure to fulfill your expectations. The Vix offers a unique dining experience which will have you coming back time and time again…

Jose joined The Vix team back of April this year, and everyone loves him! Originally from the Dominican Republic, married with 7 children, he joined the world of Chef in 1982. His favourite dishes to cook – seafood and pasta dishes. Jose prides himself on preparing sauces, salsas, dips and marinades all house-made and insists on freshly caught local fish for The Vix. Jose signature dish is his Tropical Snapper – a favourite with all his regular customers. He wants everyone to leave his kitchen delighted that they have visited and looks forward to the day when The Vix is known as the best restaurant on Provo ….. he says that day is definitely not far away!
Joan’s favourite part about her job is the “meeting and greeting” of guests and we thank her for it. Very popular with locals and tourists Joan is always the one to stand out from the crowd – mostly due to her big heart and even bigger smile. Born in Jamaica, she has lived in The Turks and Caicos for over 25 years and recommends the Vix because of its excellent ambiance. Outside of work, our Joan is starry-eyed at heart – she loves nothing more than to curl up on the beach, under the palms with a great romantic novel!
Ivy has worked with the Group for longer than anyone else. Starting off at Provo Golf Club in the kitchens Ivy is known for her hard work, dedication and love!
